You can set the program up to email you with details of what has been looked at on your computer, who you, your spouse or your children have been speaking to on the internet and much more besides. We highly recommended this program for anybody who has concerns about their childrens internet useage and for those of you who share your computer with somebody else to ensure that your confidential files are not being viewed by others. Biggest problem we encountered was the poor layout of the interface.
